This is a new course and it is run just for your Council. The aim is to ensure you meet the criteria set out in the legislation so that your Council can use this power. The main aspects of the course are an explanation of the power, the links to Principal Authority sustainable community strategies, the community engagement statement of intent, eligibility and using the power.
